HC Coils Ltd. is a privately owned manufacturing company specialising in the design and manufacture of heat exchanger coils and coil based products. These products are used for a wide range of applications throughout the UK, Europe and world wide.

The company has grown steadily since its establishment in 1984 and has recently moved to a purpose built facility in Faraday Business park, Fareham, Hampshire, UK.

Continued investment in the best manufacturing machinery and processes has enabled the company to consistently provide short lead times in conjunction with competitive pricing.

Company timeline

HC Coils is formed. The company employs 14 staff at a 6,000 sq. ft. factory in Southampton

January 1, 1984

Due to business growth, HC Coils acquires a larger premises, moving to a 14,000 sq. ft. factory in Brockenhurst, Gosport

January 1, 1989

First fully automated 1/2” and 5/8” tube processing lines are installed

January 1, 1990

Due to continued growth, the company moves to a 22,000 sq. ft. factory in Gosport

January 1, 2002

First automated CNC punch press is installed, immediately increasing manufacturing efficiency and production output

January 1, 2010

HC Coils employs over 70 staff and moves to its current premises; a 30,000 sq. ft. purpose-built factory in Lee-on-the-Solent
